Melbourne 2010: Advance Global Health: Achieve the MDGs

As of Monday, Melbourne will play host to one of the most important global health events of the year: the 63rd annual United Nations Department of Public Information/Non-Government Organisation conference, this year titled “Advance Global Health: Achieve the MDGs”. Aiming to discuss ways in which NGOs can work to improve global health throughout the world as an essential prerequisite for achieving the MDGs by the target date of 2015, AMSA and the IFMSA is proud to announce that an Australian delegation of medical students will be attending the conference. Delegates will be sharing their experiences on the blog here, and on Twitter (visit http://twitter.com/amsaghn). Check it out!
